Measurement Year 2021 Align. Measure. Perform. (AMP) Product Bundle
The AMP Program Guide (new for MY 2021) features programmatic guidelines as well as the timeline for data collection, submission and reporting. To accommodate programmatic guideline updates anticipated in the Fall (following IHA’s Technical Measurement and Governance Committee meetings), the Preliminary Program Guide is included in this product and a Final Program Guide will be included in the product re-release (scheduled for December 15, 2021. With the exception of the Program Guide, no changes will be made to the MY2021 AMP Product during this re-release). Please note that programmatic guidelines will only be locked and final for MY 2021 in the MY 2021 AMP Final Program Guide to be released on December 15, 2021.
The MY 2021 AMP Technical Specifications (formerly referred to as the AMP Manual) is a required resource for anyone involved in collecting, calculating or submitting AMP data. The AMP Technical Specifications features guidelines for data collection and reporting, as well as complete measure specifications.
The MY 2021 AMP Value Set Directory consists of an electronic Excel file that is included with the download of the MY 2021 AMP Manual. The MY 2021 AMP VSD file is sortable and provides an easy way to incorporate CPT, ICD-9-CM, ICD-10-CM, ICD-9-PCS, ICD-10-PCS, POS, MS-DRG, HCPCS, LOINC, TOB, CVX, SNOMED CT and UB codes into your organization's data collection program - saving programming hours, eliminating the manual search for codes and reducing keying errors.
