Publications Order Form

To generate an order form to submit with your check payment, proceed through checkout and select Check under the Payment Information heading. After clicking the Continue button, a printable payment order form will display onscreen. Print this payment order form and mail it to the address included on the form.

Copyright Policy

All NCQA publications are copyrighted documents. Publications may not be copied without permission from NCQA. E-pubs and Web-based pubs are limited to licensed individuals. All copyright requests must be submitted via My NCQA.

Payment Policy

Pre-payment in full is required at the time an order is placed in the NCQA Store. NCQA does not accept purchase orders (POs). If this poses a problem, contact NCQA's Customer Support at (888) 275-7585 for assistance.

Sales Tax

Per the South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. decision, certain states now require collection of applicable sales tax on certain transactions. Any applicable sales tax will be reflected in your order total.

Discounts

Discounts must be requested at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. Discounts cannot be combined. If more than one discount applies, the greater discount will be given. The e-pubs and web-based pricing structures incorporate a volume discount in the multiple-user level licenses; therefore, we are not able to extend any other discounts to a volume discounted order.

Volume Discount

Volume discounts are offered on most NCQA publications (except electronic and Web-based publications). For larger purchases of NCQA Specialty Items, contact NCQA Customer Support at (888) 275-7585 for information about volume discounts.

HEDIS Users Group (HUG) Member Benefits & Discounts

HUG members receive:

• A single-user e-pub version of Volume 2, which includes all changes from the October Update.
• A 10 percent discount of 1 or more copies of HEDIS publicationspubs.
• A $200 voucher that may be applied to the purchase of NCQA Store products and publications

HEDIS® Auditors Discount

HEDIS auditors receive a 10 percent discount on purchases of 1 or more HEDIS publications. To take advantage of your Auditor Discount, contact NCQA Customer Support at (888) 275-7585.

Government Discount

Employees of government agencies receive a 25% discount off the regular price of many NCQA products and publications (including Quality Compass). This discount may not be applied to payment of fees or digital measure bundles. To receive the discount, Proof of your organization's government association and tax exemption form (if applicable) must be submitted via My NCQA prior to purchasing.

User Licenses

Both web-based publications and e-pubs are sold by user level. Choose the number needed for your organization and easily upgrade if you need to allow access to more users.

NCQA encourages purchasing for the lowest level of users needed; you may always upgrade, but returns and exchanges are not accepted.

All data licenses and information products and tools, including Quality Compass, are licensed to a single legal entity or organization as the licensee, with the right to access and use the product by a limited number of authorized users that are employees of the licensee.  The license is not transferrable to any other person, entity, organization or association, including without limitation any affiliate, shareholder, partner, or member of the licensee, and does not grant any rights of use by or on behalf of any parent, subsidiary or affiliate of the licensee.  Each person, entity, organization, association, parent, subsidiary or affiliated is required to separately register as a licensee for a selected number of employees as authorized users

Printing of Electronic Publications

Each epublication or web-based format user license permits the purchasing organization to print one copy of the publication. Under a single-user level license, the publication may be printed once; under a 2-4 user epublication license, the epublication may be printed four times, and so on.
