NCQA’s Virtual Care Accreditation began with a focus on primary care and urgent care delivered through virtual modalities. There is a roadmap for the accreditation to extend to other areas like behavioral health. This product serves as a standard framework for safe, effective, and equitable care delivered virtually, recognizing the elements that are crucial to quality in this area.
